This is a series of 3 races in preparation for the Great Aloha Run.
You may enter the entire 3-race series or you may enter the individual races. There will be awards for the top 3 overall male and female finishers as well as 5-year age groups. Â A race series shirt may be purchased separately during your on-line registration - there is no separate shirt for each race.
-The first race is the Bob & Ron's Manoa 5K. The race route will start and finish at the Manoa Valley Recreation Center.
-The second race is the Chapson Diamond Head Dash 8K which starts and finishes at Kapiolani Park.
-The third and final race in the series is the Johnny Faerber 10K which also starts and finishes at Kapiolani Park.

Packet Pick-up: Saturday, February 4, 2023, 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., The Running Room, 819 Kapahulu Ave.

Location: Kapiolani Park, Kalakaua Ave. Bandstand near the statue of Queen Kapiolani.

Parking: Parking is not allowed on the Mauka side of Kalakaua Ave from Paki Ave. to just past the finish line. Park in the Waikiki Shell parking lot, the Honolulu Zoo parking lot, or along the street on the Makai side of Kalakaua Ave., Monsarrat Ave., or Paki Ave.

Check-in: If you did not get your race bib at packet pick up on Saturday, pick up your bib on race day at the check-in tent near the Bandstand. If you purchased a race shirt, it will be available, too.

Note: A Great Aloha Run In-Training session will be held at the Kapiolani Park Bandstand at 6:30 a.m. on the same morning. The training session is separate from the race, but you are welcome to participate in the warm-up, listen in on the short educational session, or just mingle.

The Course:Â The start is on Kalakaua Ave near the tennis courts, proceed towards Diamond Head, right onto Paki Ave. directly onto Diamond Head Road to Triangle Park (also Fort Ruger Park and Operation Red Wings Medal of Honor Park) where there will be an aid station, veer left staying on Diamond Head Road, right on 22nd Ave., right on Kilauea Ave., right on Elepaio St., right on Kahala Ave. past a second aid station at Triangle Park, back over Diamond Head Road to the Finish Line at Kapiolani Park.
