Out with the Old - In with the New
Held at River Bends Park, Shelby Twp.
Fun run/walk 5K course is a mixture of dirt and black top trails, mostly flat (approx. 98 feet of elevation). This is a 2 day event , with an option to run one day or both!!
Participant Cap= 250 each day
Saturday- Dec. 31, 2022course will be run in a counter clockwise direction
Sunday - Jan. 1, 2023 course will be run in a clockwise direction.
** Same course but switching directions will give it the feel of a totally different course :)
- OUT WITH THE OLD = Leftover shirt from other move it fitness race & Finisher medal
- Â IN WITH THE NEW = Buff with logo & Finisher medalÂ
NO DOGS or STROLLERS allowed on the race course.
