1st Day Live and Virtual 5K Run & 1 Mile Walk Live in Person 1 Mile Walk

 

Fair Lawn Sunrise Rotary presents the annual 1stDayK Live in person and Virtual 5K Run & 1 Mile Fun Walk to benefit Rotary charities and local and international service projects.

Start your year healthy by doing a 5K Run or a 1 Mile Walk on the first day of 2023 ( Either live in person and do it virtually). Take you choice and do what ever you prefer to do.

So now you have no excuse to start 2023 off healthy.

For 2023, the 1stDay 5K Run and 1 Mile Walk will be both live in person or virtual. 

So those who still don't know what it means to do a 5K or 1 Mile virtually it means register on line, but instead of driving to Fair Lawn and running in a crowd, you run or walk in your choice of time and place.  Run in your backyard, a local street, your favorite park, a treadmill. Run wherever you happen to be: east coast, west coast, all around the world.  Just remember to observe CDC recommended guidelines for social distancing, etc.

For the participants joining us live on race day, we too will observe CDC recommended guidelines.

We will not be awarding trophies or medals for the virtual events, just the live events.
However, we will still award the plaque for the team/club with the most entries. (Live and virtual combined total)

T-shirts will be guaranteed to all entries received by Dec. 9, 2021.
