AI Overview

The Six Pack Series Winter 1 Mile & 5k, held on January 6, 2024, in Westminster, CO, is part of a larger, established winter race series known for its consistent, well-organized events. This specific installment offers participants a choice between a fast 1-mile race or a more challenging 5k, catering to a range of running abilities. The "6 Pack" designation often implies that participation in a certain number of events within the series yields a special reward, encouraging repeat participation throughout the winter season. Participants can expect a community-focused, winter running experience. The course is typically run on paved paths, often within a local park or trail system. Given the January date and Colorado location, runners should be prepared for potentially cold weather, which may include crisp air, and the possibility of snow or ice on the course, although organizers generally do their best to maintain clear paths. The terrain is generally flat to gently rolling, making both the 1-mile and 5k distances accessible for those looking for a good winter workout or a chance to set personal bests in a cool-weather environment.
