JALC Logan Fitness and The Orthopaedic Institute of Southern Illinois are hosting this year’s 2023 Snowman Shuffle 5K on Saturday, January, 7th at 9:00a.m.  Please join us for this family fun event with door prizes, race timing, and awards. 

Location: JALC Logan Fitness - Carterville, IL

Cost: Adults = $25

Children 10yrs & under = $20

Family = $50 (Limit 4 people)

Awards: Plaques for overall winners, heavy medals for top 3 runners in each age group and top 3 walkers overall

Age groups: Under 15, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+

Order of events:

8:00am - Registration opens

9:00am - Race begins

10:15am - Door prizes and awards
