About this race
The Youth Choir of Eastern Shore Baptist Church presents the "Miles for Missions" 5K and Fun Run on Saturday, January 28, 2023 in Daphne, Alabama. The race begins at 8:00 a.m. at Daphne City Hall, and proceeds benefit the 2023 Youth Choir Mission Tour to the Appalachian region of Kentucky and North Carolina. 5K awards will be given to top 3 male and female overall, plus top 3 males and females in the following age groups: 9 & under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, and 80+.  Fun Run awards will be given to top 3 overall boy and girl. Online registration available until 10:00 CST on Thursday, January 26, 2023. Participants may also register in person at Eastern Shore Baptist Church or by mail received through noon on Friday, January 27, 2023. (Make checks payable to Eastern Shore Baptist Church, and write "Miles to Missions" on memo line.) Day-of-race registration available at 7:00 a.m. at Daphne City Hall (cash, check, Venmo, PayPay). Packet pick-up available at the church on Friday, January 27th, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and day of race beginning at 7:00 at City Hall.Â
Shirts: Â Shirts are guaranteed only to those registered by January 14, 2023. (This includes the "shirt only" option.) Later registrants will receive shirts as supplies last.
