About this race

Three program groups to help any level of runner.  Each runner will receive an eight-week written program to follow as well as a weekly track workout that will take place at the Nevada Union High School track. For two hours every week our volunteer group of coaches will help educate and encourage each person participating on how to best meet their goals.  Nutrition tips, warmups, cool downs, running form, and personalized needs will be addressed each week.
