About this race

Join the South Jersey Track & Field Club for a fun, no-frills winter series at Cooper River Park! This is a progressive series, starting with a 1-mile race and ending with a 5K. This is a hand-timed event. All race distances will be accurately measured by SJTFC. An age-graded point system will be used to determine individual and team series champions with fun awards presented after the last race.Â
