Snowman Scram 1 Mile Fun Run and 5K Run/Walk Snowman Scram 5K Run/Walk-Virtual Option

The Snowman Scram 5K Run/Walk and 1 mile fun run is a fun wintertime event designed as a fundraiser for the Pentwater Cross Country and Track Teams.

Date:  February 11th 2023

TIME:  1 Mile Fun Run starts at 11:00am with the 5K run/walk to follow.    NOTE-There is NO SAME DAY REGISTRATION!!!                

LOCATION:   Start and finish by the bus barn/track at the school.

ENTRY FEES:     $20.00 for 1 mile Fun Run 

                             $30.00 for 5K run/walk

* Packet pick up will be in the lobby of the school. You can also use the gym to warm up!

*Water will be available at the finish. 

*Refreshments will be available in the cafeteria after the race. There will be a few door prizes!

*We are also offering a virtual option.  All 5K virtual runners will receive a long-sleeve t-shirt and finisher medal.  It can either be picked up or mailed.  

*Packet pick up and same day registration begins at 9:30.  All runners must be registered by 10:30! Please note those who register the day of will likely not receive a shirt. 

*We will be providing chip timing for the race!  Results will be very quick!

*Course is flat and all on paved roads.  

*A LONG SLEEVE T-shirt is included with all pre-registered participants (by February 1st).  Day of registrants and registrations after February 1st will not likely receive shirts.

*Finishers medals for all 1 mile fun runners (only guaranteed with pre-registration by February 1st).

*No refunds for cancellations due to weather.  

*Medals to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers in the following age categories…

Under 10, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ 

*Trophies for overall male and female winners and male and female masters (40+) winners!
