Sweetheart Run 5K & 10K Double Couples Team

Grab your sweetheart (or meet one at the race) and bring them to Fleet Feet Blue Dome (2nd and Frankfort) in Downtown Tulsa on Saturday, February 11, 2023 for the Sweetheart Run!   For 2023 this race features a great pom top beanie, finisher medal, optional extra cost add-on long sleeve cotton t-shirt for all entrants, and great post race food.  The race starts and finishes at Fleet Feet Blue Dome in downtown Tulsa, and is contested on a great urban downtown Tulsa course.  A Tulsa Valentine's Day tradition for over a decade.  

When registering you have the opportunity to register as a couples team for the 5K, 10K, or Double.  If you register as a team (2 people) what this means is you will both run the race(s) you registered for, and at the end of the each we will combine your two finish times to make a team time.  Then we will rank all team times and provide awards for 1st place.  This does not mean you need to run together in the race.  It is also not a relay.  

Doubles run both the 5K and 10K.  If you finish the 5K before the start of the 10K you will need to wait until the 10K starts at 8:30 before beginning that course.
