Frosty Five Run (5K or 5M) Frosty Five 5K

Join us for the 14th Annual Frosty Five Run.  Enjoy the scenic cross country style course that starts at Studebaker Park Pavilion and follows the River Greenway Trail along the Elkhart River,  out into local neighborhoods with a lap around the Environmental Center. Both the 5K and 5M courses are a combination of paved roads and trail. We will be posting photos on Facebook to keep you apprised of the conditions as we get closer to the date.

February is often the month when the winter blues might try to set in, so come out for some fun and camaraderie! It does take extra effort, but truly you won't feel the cold with your running mates by your side! We'll have a fire going in the cabin to stay cozy before and after the race.  There are large restrooms, so you can bring a dry top to change into there.

ENTRY FEE. Entry fee for the race, which includes chip timing, awards, and post race refreshments is $25.00. Long sleeve, buttery soft shirts are optional and an additional $12.00.  The shirt  color is purple this year. The shirt order went in on January 20, so request one soon.

Flat, scenic, tree-lined, paved possibly snow covered as well as a section on residential roads/pavement. Yes- that path has been elevated and paved, with the goal of connecting this to the MapleHeart Trail-> Pumpkinvine.

Top Three M/F both distances will get a special custom award! First place AG winners in15 standard age groups in both distances will get medals.
