KITH Green Bucket Run 5k Run/Walk Kids Fun Run

In its 5th year, the KITH Green Bucket Run 5k Run/Walk, previously known as the Kirk in the Hills 5k,

 is a scenic Bloomfield Hills fall run  beginning at Kirk in the Hills along Kirkway Road.

Proceeds benefit Accent Pontiac

 

RACE INFO

Online registration ends Tuesday, November 1 at 11:59pm. To register after that date, come to any of the packet pickup times, including the morning of the race, for walk-in registration. Click the "Questions" button below if you have any questions on walk-in registration. 

There are two options for the race this year.

1. The In-Person Run. The in-person run takes place outdoors on the Kirk in the Hills 5K course, Saturday, Nov 5 at 9AM.

2. The Virtual Run. The virtual run option allows you to participate in our Green Bucket Run, and support Accent Pontiac, at the time and location of your choice (neighborhood sidewalks, running tracks, trails, etc...). 

Both options give you the opportunity to support Accent Pontiac and be active outside!

 

COURSE DETAILS 

The course is a down-and-back 5K course beginning at Kirk in the Hills and following Kirkway Road in a fall tour next to Island Lake.

Consider supporting Accent Pontiac students directly by donating to the Green Bucket Run Snack Drive! Bring an item from this list the day of the race or anytime during packet pickup to ensure Accent Pontiac students are well-fed during after-school programming.
