We Run This Beach Marathon Marathon

ONLINE REGISTRATION HAS CLOSED. You will be able to register at packet pickup on Friday from 5-8pm at the Lodge Sea Oats Room for the 5K, 10K, Half Marathon or Marathon. There is no race day registration for the 5K or 10K on Saturday morning before the race. You can also register for the Half Marathon or Marathon at the Lodge Sea Oats Room on Saturday from 12-5pm. There will be no race day registration for the Half or Full on Sunday.

We Run This Beach Marathon & Half Marathon

Time to book your Runcation and punch your ticket to the Boston Marathon! The We Run This Beach Marathon will be a beautiful 🏖 , fast 💨  and scenic 🌴  course with gorgeous views of Lake Shelby, Middle & Little Lake's. The course will start and finish near the Gulf State Park Lodge and traverse the pancake flat paved paths throughout Gulf State Park. 

We will have Chip Timing splits at the 10K for both Half Marathon & Marathon and then a 1/2 marathon split for the marathoners. 

..And then there's the post race party. We will have post race food for all finishers, 2 drink tickets, post race music, all on the white sandy beaches of Gulf Shores AL. We believe in training hard, racing hard and celebrating hard and this race will be no different! 

Average Temperatures at this time of year are 46F for the Low and 66F the high. It doesn't get much better than that!

Packet Pickup Schedule

Friday: 5-8pm @ The Gulf State Park Lodge (5k/ 10k/ Half/ Full can all pick up)
Saturday: 6:30-7:45am @ Lake Picnic Area (across the highway from the Gulf State Park Lodge) 21101 AL-135, Gulf Shores, AL 36542 only for the Beachin' 5K and 10K or Challenge participants!)
Saturday: 12-5:00pm @ The Gulf State Park Lodge (Half Marathon, Marathon)
Sunday: 5:45am-6:45am @ Gulf State Park Beach Pavilion: 22250 E Beach Blvd Gulf Shores, AL 36542 US **Please please please try to pick up your packets either Friday from 5-8pm or Saturday from 12-5pm to avoid long lines!)
