Hawaii Running Lab Kailua 10-Miler & 5K Hawaii Running Lab Kailua 5K Stroller Division

The Kailua 10-Miler & 5K powered by the Hawaii Running Lab is ON! After a hiatus for Covid and a temporary base at Kailua District Park, we are back in the Boys & Girls Club, Windward Clubhouse, 145 S. Kainalu Drive, in Kailua!

Packet Pick-up: Saturday, February 25, 1-3pm, Boys and Girls Club, Windward Clubhouse, 145 S. Kainalu Drive, Kailua, HI, and on race day 1 hour before the race.

Start times: 10-Miler - 6:00 a.m., 5K - 6:05 a.m.

Timing: Your timing chip is on your bib number. Your bib number must be visible from the front. No finish time without it.

Pre-Race Instructions: Pre-race instructions will be given at the start line at approximately 5:45 a.m.

Course: Start in front of Kailua Intermediate School. There are 3 aid stations on the course. The course closes at 9:30 a.m. Any participants still on the course must move to the side of the roadway and may finish the race but must obey traffic laws. The finish line will close at approximately 9:30 a.m.

Parking: Limited parking is available at Kailua Middle School. Additional parking is located at Kailua Library and along side streets. There is parking behind Longs and you can walk across the open field. There are two metered public parking lots in Kailua: one is off Maluniu at the Kailua Business center, the other is a parking structure off Aulike behind McDonalds.

Restrooms: Restrooms are available at the Boys & Girls Club. There are also public restrooms on the course at Enchanted Lake Community Park.

After the Race: No results will be posted at the race site. Results will be available on line in near real time at https://timelinehawaii.com/. There will be water and individually packaged refreshments after the race. 

Awards Ceremonies: There will be awards for the top overall male and female finishers as well as top 3 in each 5-year age group. Awards for the 5K will be held at approximately 7:15 a.m. Awards ceremony for the 10-miler will be held at approximately 8:00 a.m.
