The Rotary Club of Bal Harbour and Bal Harbour Police Department is excited to announce our 6th Annual 5K Race/Walk will be held on Sunday, February 26th, 2023!

About the Race

The race will be a major fundraiser by the Rotary Club of Bal Harbour and the Bal Harbour Police Department, in memory of Police Chief Mark N. Overton and Police Chief Miguel De La Rosa.

All proceeds from the race will fund Scholarships for individuals aspiring for a career in Law Enforcement, by assisting with the costs associated with the police academy training and certification of a self-sponsored recruit in Miami-Dade County.

All participants will receive a t-shirt, finisher medal & giveaways from our sponsors!

Awards

Awards will be given to the top 3 Overall Male & Female Finishers and the top 3 male & female finishers in each age group:

5 & Under, 6-10, 11-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & Over.

Timing

This race will be chip timed by Southern Timing, LLC. Southern Timing will be providing live results complete with an individual results page which includes your results, finisher certificate & a 20 second clip of you crossing the start & finish line!
