Super Hero Wellness 5K SUPER HERO 5K RUN

Join USCB Center for the Arts for a SUPER HEROES 5K Race on Saturday, March 4th in historic downtown Beaufort, SC. Starting at 8am on March 4th, 2023 on Newcastle and Bay Street. The certified 5K course will run through downtown and across the scenic Woods Bridge.  This race is part of CFA’s Women’s Wellness Retreat (March 24 and 25, 2023). Our mission is to elevate, empower, enlighten and enrich all people. Topics include financial, spiritual, physical and mental wellness.

Dress in your best Super Hero costume!

NEW this year - ability to order your event t-shirt /merchandise online and have it delivered to your home. No need to worry about t-shirts at packet pick-up! Plus you'll get to pick from a variety of different promo materials at the online store.  More details to come on this once the store is opened on February 1, 2023. Please note that Kids Race does not include a promo item.  

Packet pickup will be available at Grounded Running located at 2139 Boundary Street, Ste 108 (the Old K-Mart), Beaufort, SC 29902 on Friday March 3th from 10:00am-5:00pm and Saturday morning at the starting line from 7:00-7:30am.  (Please remember that your choice of promotional item - t-shirt will be shipped to your home).

Please note that we have added the ability to register as a Virtual Participant.  Virtual participants will also be sent the info for the event promo shop after February 1, 2023.

Age categories:  under 12, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

Prizes awarded to overall top 2 Females and Males and top two females and males in age divisions.   Awards are for in-person participants only.  

Event is pet and stroller friendly.  Flexi-type leashes will not be allowed at the event.  Please have pets on a standard 4-6ft lead. 

Women's Wellness 5K Race Course:  Start/finish line at Freedom Mall down Bay Street cross Woods memorial Bridge to Lady's Island down Meridian Rd to Youmans Drive and double back the same route to Freedom Mall. 

Please note that registration for this event is NOT REFUNDABLE.  If we are unable to host an in person/live race, we will transfer to a virtual format.
