1st Annual Jace Landon TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) AfterCare Awareness Foundation 5K

All proceeds go to support Jace Landon TBI AfterCare Awareness Foundation, Incorporated to make a difference through creating change in the way that traumatic brain injury (TBI) aftercare is handled.  Our mission is to help those suffering from TBIs and funding further research in this field.  We believe if one life is save, the hard work is worth it!

Race Location:  Knox Middle School - 1625 Park Road West, Salisbury, NC  28144 - Take I-85 to Salisbury Exit #76 toward downtown.  Follow Innes Street straight through town to Mahaley Ave (approx 2.5 miles).  Turn right on Mahaley Avenue, then go 0.4 miles to Park Rd.  Turn left on Park Rd.  Knox Middle School will be on your left.

Course:  Mostly Flat, Record Breaking Scenic Course!  See course map below.  Dogs are not allowed on the course with participants.  Thank you for your cooperation.

Start Times: 5K 9:00AM | Fun Run 9:45AM

Race Day Registration:  8:00 a.m. - 8:45 a.m. on site

Awards:
Top Three Overall & Masters—Male and Female in 5K (Overall winners not eligible for Age Group Awards & Awards will not be mailed)
Top Three in Each Age Group—Male and Female in 5K
Top Three Overall in Fun Run; Medals To All Others (Ages 12 & Under Only)  All ages welcome to run fun run.
Age Groups: 11/Under, 12-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70/Over

Dry Fit T-Shirts guaranteed to all pre-registered runners and walkers in the 5K. Walkers are eligible for age group awards!

Entry Fee for 5K:  $25 pre-registration (by 3-10-23); $30 race day (8:00 – 8:45 a.m.)

Entry Fee for Fun Run (ages 12 & under):  $10 pre-registration & race day (2 laps on track)

Facilities:  Bathrooms and showers available
