Join the Extra Mile Fitness Company, Dr Paul Sommer with Family Foot and Ankle and Altra Footwear as we kick off St Paddy's Day with a Free Fun Run/Walk starting and ending from the Extra Mile Fitness Company  at 3400 Calumet Ave, Valparaiso, Indiana!  The run/walk will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m.

Dr. Sommer will be sharing information on Plantar fasciitis.  How to prevent and ways to overcome this common ailment.

Altra Footwear will be bringing their latest model of the Paradigm, Rivera 3 and the Via Olympus.  You will want to arrive early to try on footwear and even test them out on the run/walk.

Let's find some gold coins along the 3 mile route and see what prizes you win.  Enjoy a beverage and pizza after the run and be sure to stop by the Altra table and learn about their latest footwear.  

Dress in up in your favorite St Paddy's Day outfit and be sure to wear something reflective or carry a light as we will be running or walking on the city streets.

This is a run/walk for 3 miles.  All paces are welcome.  Anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent.  

All participants must register for the event to be eligible for giveaways or raffles.
