10th Annual Flying Dutchmen 5k Tappan Zee Flying Dutchmen 5k

Are you faster than a Flying Dutchman?

                 10th Annual "Flying Dutchmen 5k"   Saturday March 18th  9:15am     

COURSE:       Course will run through the towns of Orangeburg and Blauvelt with splits given at 1 and 2 mile marks, water station.    

WHERE:         Tappan Zee High School (Orangeburg, NY) 

WHEN:            March 18, 2023   8:00-8:45am Check-in 

                                                    8:45 kids run around track (8 & under)

                                                    9:15 5k Race/Walk 

WHY:              To support the Tappan Zee Cross Country/Track booster club 

TIMING:          Timing will be provided by FAT (Fulton Accurate Timing) for automatic/computerized results

AWARDS:       Female & Male 5K winners in age brackets: 14&under, 15-18, 19-23, 24-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & over. Medals given to first 3 places in each age group.

SIGN UP:        Early Registration is $20.00 and must be received by March 16, 2023. Kids' race is free!  First 150 registered runners and walkers will receive a short sleeve commemorative T-shirt.  

Late and race day registration will be $25.00 cash or check but not guaranteed t-shirts.  

No need to register for kids races.  All kids run participants will receive medals & a t-shirt! 

REGISTRATION & PACKET PICK UP IS IN THE BACK PARKING LOT OFF OF BATAAN ROAD!
