About this race
2nd Annual Dolphin Dash - A community trail run and fun run for all!
Race Course: Sacred Heart Catholic School trail run! Conquer this challenging, yet picturesque, 5K trail run on our amazing 100-acre campus. Highlights along the run include our outdoor learning center, athletic complex, Stations of the Cross, multiple learning gardens, the greenhouse, the school, and church.
Cost: 5K run/walk ($25) and Fun Run ($10)
Divisions:Â 11 & under, 12-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & above
Awards:Â Top 3 overall male and female and top 3 male and female in each division will receive medals.
Participation: Each 5K participant will receive a high-quality T-shirt highlighting our logo. Please register before March 11 to guarantee t-shirt.
Post Race: An awards ceremony will be held after the race. Refreshments will be provided.
Packet Pick-Up & Race-Day Registration: Packets may be picked up from 9:00 a.m. - 10:15 a.m. on race day. Race-day registration will be available for 5K ($30) and Fun Run ($10).

Timing: Salisbury Rowan Runners will be timing our event. All participants will receive a bib and will be timed for the event. Results will be available online at http://salisburyrowanrunners.org following the event.
Refunds:Â Registration fees are non-refundable.
Parking: Please park in the lot by the church and school. Please arrive in plenty of time to pick up packet, stretch, and get familiar with our campus.
Weather Policy: Race will be held rain or shine.  In case of inclement weather on race day, visit out website for information about delays, postponement, etc - www.facebook.com/sacredheartdolphins. If Salisbury Rowan Runners determines the conditions are too dangerous, there will be no refunds. We will try everything in our control to complete the race.Â
