Come join us for a family-friendly 5K run/walk in beautiful Rising Sun, MD.  Proceeds from the event benefit the PBIS program at Rising Sun Middle School.  T-Shirts for all pre-registered runners that sign up by Wednesday, March 4, 2023 We will do our best to have shirts available for all who sign up but cannot guarantee size or availability for fhose who register March 4 and after.

The course has been professionally measured, and the event is being timed and scored by Blue Cheetah Sports Timing, LLC. http://www.BlueCheetahTiming.com

T-shirt and bib pickup along with day-of registration activities will occur from 7:30-8:45 a.m. on Saturday, March 25 in the Rising Sun Middle School front lobby area.

Virtual 5K participants - packets will be mailed prior to race day.  Virtual Runners do not attend the actual event but will complete their distance at a time and place of their choosing and submit results. RaceJoy is available for Virtual Participant tracking and result submission

Advanced Registration is $20.00 through February 28. Pricing March 1 thru 25 is $25.00  Day of Registration will cost $25.00.

Virtual 5K Registration is $25.00 (Includes packet mailing)
