The Annual Chesapeake Bank/Chesapeake Wealth Management Gloucester County Educational Foundation Run/Walk is a road race conducted under the rules of the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) with results provided by the Peninsula Track Club (PTC).  Chesapeake Bank/Chesapeake Wealth Management is the name sponsor for this event.  Proceeds are used to help support educational endeavors through the Gloucester County Educational Foundation for Gloucester County Public Schools.

NEW THIS YEAR:
          - Online registration only (no additional charge to pay by credit/debit card)!
          - New age groups for the 3K race!

PACKET PICKUP: 
          You can pick up your race packet on Friday, March 24, 4:30-6:00 p.m. at the auxiliary gym at Gloucester High School or on race day, 8:00-9:15 a.m.
       

Event Description
The 2023 event features three events/distances:
In-person 3K run/walk - March 25, 2023 - Begins at 9:40 a.m.
In-person 8K run/walk - March 25, 2023 - Begins at 9:30 a.m.
Virtual 5K - Anywhere and anytime between March 4 and March 25, 2023 (must report results by 3/26/2023)

Awards
3K -
Top overall male and female finishers receive cash and a medal.  Top 3 finishers in each age group receive a medal. Age groups are: 8 and under, 9-11, 12-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 years & up.

8K - Top 3 overall male and female finishers receive cash and a medal. Top 3 finishers in each age group receive a medal. Age groups are: 8 and under, 9-11, 12-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 years & up.

Ann Burruss Memorial 8K Awards
Youngest and oldest male and female 8K finishers receive gift cards. 
Finishers must complete the race under their own power.
Middle of the pack finisher. T
he person whose finishing time is exactly in the middle (even numbers round up) receives a gift card.
