Laura's Run 4 Kids 5K Run

In collaboration with KMOV anchor Laura Hettiger, Laura's Run 4 Kids is an event for all! Laura's Run 4 Kids combines a competitive race with a family-friendly fun run. St. Louisans of every age are invited out for a great day and even greater cause. Please join us on April 29 in Downtown St. Louis for this amazing day filled with family, fun, and friendly competition! 

There are many options for your participation. Runners may:

• Sign up for either the 5K Race or 1-mile Family Fun Run/Walk
• Share the spirit virtually by registering for the 5K Virtual Run or the 1 Mile Virtual Fun Run
• Register as an individual, family of 4 or group of 10, with special discounts
• Start your own online fundraiser (click on Become a Fundraiser)
• Donate

If you are unable to join us on April 29 in Downtown St. Louis share the spirit of Laura virtually from April 29 through May 6, Run, jog or walk where you are – in your neighborhood, on the track, at home on your treadmill – and celebrate at the virtual finish line with an online community when you’ve completed your 5K (3.1 miles) or 1 mile.
