About this race
We are excited to host the Big Brothers Big Sisters 10k/5k Run or Walk 2023! Every dollar you raise and every mile that you run helps us provide life-changing mentoring relationships to youth across Central Virginia. This is great for Bigs and Littles, youth groups, and family members. Â Your gift helps us to fulfill and continue our important mission of defending potential. Â You also have the opportunity to connect communities together by getting your own network involved. Â
There are two options for you to run or walk with us:
- A virtual 10k/5K race, where you are free to run on your own schedule.
- A safe, distanced in-person trail on private farm. Following Health Department guidelines, there will be 25 people per five-minute start time. Please note that each slot will NOT start together as one single wave.
