Finish Line: Canon McMillan Big Mac Stadium- 1 N. Jefferson Ave., Canonsburg, PA 15317

PURPOSE - The purpose of the Canonsburg Chamber 5K Bunny Run is to promote a healthy and active lifestyle, provide education on preventative diseases as well as open up marketing and shopping opportunities for those businesses who are members and represent the Canonsburg Chamber  of Commerce in all of the areas we serve (Canonsburg, Cecil Township, Chartiers Township, Houston, Mt. Pleasant Township & North Strabane Township).

PROCEEDS - Proceeds from the event will help organize future 5k Bunny Runs, award two- $1,000 scholarships to one graduating student from either of the following school districts: Canon-Mac or Chartiers Houston; as well as promote and spotlight Canonsburg Chamber members in the areas we serve. We plan to utilize various marketing opportunities (newsprint, radio advertising, local TV, networking events etc.). We are working to attract prospective new members in order to grow the GCCC Chamber’s present membership base.

The Canonsburg Chamber’s aim is to keep its members healthy, free of disease so they can live longer, healthier lives, as well as to spotlight their businesses every day (every month, every year)!. Proceeds from this event will allow us to do just that!
