St. Cassian Cougar Challenge - 5K Run & Fun Run Fun Run

Join us for the Annual St. Cassian 2023 Cougar Challenge 5K and Fun Run  presented by St. Cassian School, Upper Montclair, NJ

The race will be held on Saturday, April 1, 2023, at Verona Park in Verona, New Jersey. The Fun Run begins at 9:00 am and the 5K begins at 9:30 am.

All Fun Run participants receive a ribbon. In the 5K Run, medals will be presented to the overall male and female winners, along with age category winners (male and female).

Register online at www.runsignup.com. Race day registration begins at 8:00 AM at Verona Park.

5K:
Early Bird:  $30 - registration prior to Feb.17, 2023; receive a Cougar Challenge shirt
Pre-Race Day:  $35 - registration prior to March 1, 2023; receive a Cougar Challenge shirt
Regular Registration:  $40-Shirt Not Included.

Fun Run:
Early Bird:  $20 - registration prior to Feb. 17, 2023; receive a Cougar Challenge shirt
Pre-Race Day:  $25 -registration prior to March 1, 2023; receive a Cougar Challenge shirt
Regular Registration: $30- Shirt Not Included
