The Stallion Sprint is an event to support Stockwell Place Elementary School. Funds raised will go towards teacher professional development, student materials, and the school’s hospitality fund. Join us for an exciting event and help us in supporting a local school in our community.

 

Course Description:  5K & 10K Run: The flat, scenic course will begin and end at Stockwell Place Elementary, 5801 Shed Road, Bossier City. All runners will enjoy the course which winds along beautiful Carriage Oaks and Stockwell subdivisions. 10K Runners will run the course twice.

 

½ mile Kids Fun Run: The run will start at Stockwell Place Elementary, go along Shed Road, and end back at the school.

 

Fun Run Start Time: 8:00 AM

5K and 10K Start Time: 8:30 AM

 

Entry Fee:            

·         5K & 10K races - $20 by Sunday, March 26th.

·         Late registration - $25, March 27th - Race Day.

·         ½ mile Kids Fun Run (ages 10 & under) - $12 (flat fee)

*Pre-registered participants for all races will receive an official Stallion Sprint race T-Shirt. No shirt guaranteed to late registrants.

 

Sleep in Supporter: Don’t want to get out of bed and run? You can sleep-in and still show your support.

(Pricing schedule is the same as 5K & 10K. You will receive a Stallion Sprint race shirt, you just don’t have to break a sweat to get it!)

4.       Race Day starting @ 7 a.m. at Stockwell Place Elementary.

 

 

Race Packet Pick-up: 

·         Thursday, March 30, 12 p.m. - 6 p.m. (at Sportspectrum)

·         Friday, March 31st, 10 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (at Sportspectrum)

·         Saturday, April 1st, 7 a.m. - 8 a.m. (Stockwell Place Elementary School)

 

Awards: 

5k - Overall Male & Female winners in the 5K will receive a special award and medal.  1st and 2nd place male and female 5K winners will receive medals in the following age groups: 11 – under, 12-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

10k- Only the overall male and Female in the 10k will receive and award. No age group awards for the 10k.


½ mile Kids Fun Run:  All participants will be given a certificate of participation.
