Lace up your running shoes for a 5k race hosted by Benchmark Physical Therapy in honor and memory of Ryan Cook, PTA.

Benchmark Physical Therapy strives to deliver exceptional care to all patients – a goal that Ryan exceeded daily. Ryan’s patients and co-workers remember him by his smile and willingness to help all of those that came into the clinic.

A scholarship fund has been established in Ryan’s memory to support an aspiring Physical Therapist Assistant through their schooling and training. All donations and sponsorship purchases will go directly to Lanier Tech in honor of Ryan.

The 5K course will be pretty flat & fast in beautiful Rock Creek Park.  This is a super spectator friendly course in and around the park so bring the whole family!

We'll have a great shirt for participants and great award medals for the top 3 Overall M/F, Top 3 Overall Masters M/F, Overall Grand Master M/F, Overall Senior Master M/F, and the Top 3 in the 5 year age groups (10 & under - 75+). Join us live or virtual; virtual packages will be shipped 4/17/23.  If you can't make it race day, please sign up for the virtual to support the cause and we'll ship you your shirt!
