About this race
We all Love Birthdays and Cupcakes, but what if you did not have a chance to Celebrate your Birthday or even worse, no one recognized you with even a Happy Birthday greeting on your special day? That is the reality for many of the foster children and children in need that we serve. Celebrate Birthdays is a 501c3 Charity Non-Profit organization whose mission is to ensure that every foster child and all children, regardless of personal or financial circumstances, has the opportunity to Celebrate their Birthday and receive a present! Â We need your support to help continue celebrating the increased number of children every month!Â
Our Inaugural Cupcake Crawl is an exciting 5K chip timed run and a shorter 1 Mile fun run/walk at Rotary's Camp Florida in Hillsborough County and will conclude with a trip to our vendor area called the Celebration Station, where there will be a Bounce House, Face Painting, Balloon Artist and more. DJ JP will be present spinning some tunes and getting us moving!Â
Cupcake Crawl registered participants will receive a shirt (Shirt guaranteed if pre-registered before March 29, 2023, After that, shirts will be available while supplies last. Note: some sizes will not be available close to and on race day. So don't wait to register!) and all participants will receive a custom bib!
All finishers for the 5k and 1 Mile will receive a Cupcake Voucher from Sugar Darlings Cupcakes!

What to expect
Written from race dataThe Cupcake Crawl 5k is a popular 5-kilometer race designed for participants aged 17 and older, taking place on April 15, 2023, in Brandon, FL (33510). While specific historical details are not provided, the event's name strongly suggests a festive and perhaps slightly whimsical atmosphere. Participants can expect a fun-filled 5k experience that likely incorporates the theme of cupcakes in some way, perhaps through aid station treats, finisher awards, or even a costume element. Given its location in Brandon, FL, the Cupcake Crawl 5k is anticipated to feature a generally flat and fast road course, typical of many urban and suburban 5k races. Runners should prepare for typical Florida spring weather, which can be warm and humid, even in April. The "Event Type: 6" designation doesn't offer specific insight into the terrain, but it is common for such events to be held on paved roads within a community or park. The most notable feature of this race is undoubtedly its playful "Cupcake Crawl" theme, promising a unique and enjoyable experience beyond just the run itself.
