The Robbie Jordan Memorial Road Race Employee-10K, held annually on April 16th in Myrtle Beach, SC, is a commemorative 10K event established in memory of Robbie Jordan. While specific details on the exact inception year and founding history are not provided, its designation as a "memorial" race suggests a strong philanthropic or community-focused origin, often linked to supporting a cause or honoring the legacy of its namesake. This event offers runners a chance to participate in a well-established road race within the popular coastal city of Myrtle Beach. Participants can anticipate a relatively flat and fast course typical of many road races, likely traversing paved roads within Myrtle Beach. Given the spring date and coastal location, runners should prepare for potentially mild to warm temperatures, with humidity being a common factor. The terrain is generally expected to be smooth asphalt, conducive to achieving personal best times. While no explicit notable features are detailed beyond its memorial nature, the race likely benefits from the scenic environment of Myrtle Beach, offering a pleasant backdrop for the competition.
