Making Tracks for South 5K 5K

The 6th Annual Making Tracks for South 5K Run and 2K  Fitness Walk in West Amwell, NJ will be held on Sunday, April 16 2023 to raise funds and support for the South Hunterdon Regional High School and Middle School Track and Cross Country Programs. South Hunterdon Regional High School's track construction was completed in the spring of 2020. However, due to the pandemic, the team was unable to utilize the track until the Spring of 2021. South Track and Field will be entering its 11th season in 2023 and over 70 boys and girls are expected to make South Track and Field the most participated sport in the athletics program.  Since our first season in 2012, we have sent several individuals and relay teams to the state finals and 6 individuals to the meet of champions.  The XC teams have been similarly successful! Race funds will be used to purchase much-needed track and field equipment and to support the teams in their pursuit of excellence!

Making Tracks for South 5K runs through the scenic hills of West Amwell, starting at South Hunterdon Regional High School. This mid-spring race will be run rain or shine! Each pre-registered participant by Friday, March 31st, will receive a t-shirt. There will be a limited number of t-shirts available for late and race-day registrants.
