One in 5K Fun Run

Race Start Time: 9:00 a.m. --- 5K Following 5K --- 1/2 Mile Fun Run

Race Day Registration & Check-In:  7:30 a.m. - 8:45 a.m. - Register Early to get a T-Shirt and save $5, fee increases on race day ($25 pre-registered, $30 race day)!

Race proceeds will go to support Family Crisis Council of Rowan.  April is Sexual Assault Awareness month.  One in 5 women and One in 13 men experience sexual violence by an intimate partner in their lifetime.  Members of the LGBTQIA+ community and other historically marginalized communities experience sexual assault at at drastically higher rates.  Run, walk, or stroll with us to provide essential resources for survivors in our community!

Since 1978, Family Crisis Council of Rowan has provided services such as emergency shelter, hospital accompaniment, court advocacy, case management and counseling to victims of sexual assault, domestic violence, incest, and human trafficking in Rowan County.

Top Three Overall—Male and Female in 5K (Overall winners not eligible for Age Group Awards & Awards will not be mailed)
Top Overall - Male and Female Masters
Top Three in Each Age Group—Male and Female in 5K
Participation medals to all fun runners (ages 12 & Under)
Age Groups: 11 & Under, 12-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & Over

T-Shirts guaranteed to all pre-registered 5K participants. Walkers are eligible for age group awards!

Timing and scoring of the event will be provided by Salisbury Rowan Runners.
