About this race

Angela's Turtle Trot is dedicated to the memory of Angela Fagan and the millions of Americans who were impacted by COVID 19. PRNR dedicates this race to Angela, whose life was cut short due to complications of the virus.  Angela was the Program Manager - Community and Outreach at Pasco County Parks Recreation and Natural Resources and played a key role in many county projects.

This 10k, 5k, and 1-mile course begins and ends in Anclote Gulf Park and will take participants down the Coastal Anclote Trail, through the trails in Key Vista Nature Park, and over boardwalks that offer a view of the Gulf. It is 85% paved trails and boardwalks and 15% hiking trails. Participants may run or walk any distance.

Proceeds of this event will go to The Florida Aquarium Turtle Rehabilitation Center and the “Angela Fagan Memorial Fund" for Adaptive and Inclusive Programming (PAIR).
