Celebration of Life 5K Walk/Run Virtual 5k Walk/Run

The First Annual Celebrate Life Survivors Day 5k Walk/Run will take place in the Town of Wake Forest at E. Carroll Joyner Park. As defined by NCSD, “anyone living with a history of cancer – from the moment of diagnosis through the remainder of life – is a cancer survivor”. This event will not just be a walk/run but rather a space that will be transformed into “SURVIVORville”! A place where all survivors, caregivers, healthcare professionals, families and friends can gather together to celebrate life and one another.

Registration Fees:

• $30 before May 1st; kids 6 - 12 $15
• $35 before May 15th; kids 6 - 12 $17.50
• $40 from May 15-June 1 kids 6-12 $20

*NO on site registration on the day of the race

*children 5 and under are free

Awards:

• Top 3 Overall Male and
• Top 3 Overall Female
• Top 3 Male and Female for following age groups: 14 and younger, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
• Top Fundraising Team

Giveaway:
Registration includes a t-shirt (S - 2X) (for adults only) if registered before May 15th
