The YMCA Fit Fest is the first in a three 5K series called the Greater L-A Triple Crown. See also Emily's Run (July 17) and L-A Bridge Run (August 28).
PROCEEDS BENEFIT THE YMCA
The Auburn-Lewiston YMCA is more than a local health and fitness club. At the YMCA, we help build a healthy spirit, mind and body for all with the core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. The YMCA offers youth sports, activities and events for families, exercise classes for adults and seniors, aquatics, childcare, summer camps, swim team, and much, much more.
As a community organization, we believe our programs and services should be available to everyone. The YMCA offers a financial assistance program for individuals and families who demonstrate a need based on household income, individual circumstance, and the availability of YMCA scholarship funds. These funds are made possible through our annual campaign program, United Way funding, and community fundraisers like the Greater L/A Triple Crown.
