41st Annual Montclair Run 2 Mile

Run For A Cause at the 41st Annual Montclair Run on Sunday, June 2!

Registration Opens March 4 

 

All proceeds benefit the Y’s Community Health Program Fund - Helping our neighbors live healthier lives. 

This is a 10K Grand Prix USATF Certified Course AND a family friendly 2-Mile Fun Run/Walk. The course is fast & flat and both races are chip timed. Free race photography is provided. Same day registration is available. 

All participants receive a performance race T-shirt and finisher medal while supplies last. Awards given to 1st, 2nd, 3rd place finishers male/female overall and age category in 10K; Awards given to 1st, 2nd, 3rd place finishers male/female overall in 2 MI. 

All events start and end at the YMCA of Montclair, 25 Park Street, Montclair, NJ.

The 41st Annual Montclair Run honors the memory of longtime YMCA of Montclair Staff member, Betsy Smith. Betsy proudly served the Y for 25 years as a fixture at our Welcome Center, where she greeted members and staff with her famous Betsy smile. She was deeply involved in the Montclair community, riding in the Y's float in the annual 4th of July Parade, co-chairing the 2017 1891 Gala, and running in the Montclair Run. We ask this year's participants to wear pink or sparkles in Betsy's honor.
