Together, we keep Hope on the Horizon!
The **6th Annual ALS Run for Hope 5K and 1 Mile Walk** will take place on **June 2, 2024**, in **Norristown, PA (19403)**. This marks the sixth iteration of this community event dedicated to raising awareness and funds for Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) research and patient support. Participants can expect a family-friendly atmosphere with both a competitive 5K run and a more accessible 1 Mile Walk, catering to runners of all levels and those who prefer a leisurely stroll. The event is typically held on a **flat and paved course**, making it suitable for all ages and abilities. Participants often encounter a pleasant early June atmosphere in Norristown, with mild temperatures conducive to outdoor activity. While specific details for the 2024 event are pending, past "Run for Hope" races have often featured opportunities for fundraising, team participation, and post-race celebrations, emphasizing the shared goal of supporting the ALS community.
