5K course: Easy to moderate road, sidewalk and grass surfaces. Scenic. Proceeds of this competitive 5K will benefit a scholarship/prize given to a Wallenpaupack Area High School Senior as well as NAMI Northeast Region PA, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping to build better lives for anyone impacted by mental illness by providing free education, information and support to the members of the NEPA community. The scholarship/prize criteria will include a 250 word essay on "What is Mental Wellness? How can I support my own wellness? How can I support others?"
