The Phrozen Jewel Run 5/10K, also known as the International Phrozen Jewel Run 5K, is an annual running event scheduled for June 8, 2024, in Orlando, Florida (zip code 32817). While specific details about its historical inception or a long-standing tradition are not provided, this event is characterized as a "6" type event, suggesting it might be a community-focused or perhaps a timed race with specific event categories. Participants can anticipate a well-organized 5K and 10K race, likely drawing a diverse field of runners from the local area and potentially beyond, given its "International" designation. Runners should expect a typical Florida June race day experience, which typically means warm and humid conditions. The terrain is expected to be predominantly flat and paved, common for urban or park-based race routes in Orlando, making it suitable for both competitive racers aiming for personal bests and casual runners looking for an enjoyable run. While specific notable features aren't detailed, the "Phrozen Jewel" theme could hint at unique finisher medals, creative course elements, or a fun, possibly winter-themed, atmosphere adapted for the Florida climate, aiming to make the event memorable.
