RUN CHA 5K RUN CHA 5K

This years run will be held at Shelter #2 near the Chickamauga Dam.  We will still be using the same flat and fast course, we'll just be starting in a different location this year.  GPS coordinates are 35°05'48.9"N 85°15'13.0"W.  Address is 4301 Amnicola Hwy. 

Race Route

We will start at Shelter # 2 and run toward the Dam and the back down the riverwalk to the Hubert Fry Center and  back, for a flat and fast 5K.

Aid Stations

We will have a water station approximately half way into the race.

DESCRIPTION
Global Running Day is our holiday; a celebration of the activity we love and the sport that brings our community together. We’re inviting all runners and walkers to join us on Saturday, June 8th to mark the occasion, set a goal and cross the finish line.

Once again this year we are partnering with RUN RHINO for our timing and race management.

The RUN CHA 5K coincides with Global Running Day (WEEK) and is open to runners of all levels and abilities 

Registration Dates

Online race registration will close Friday, June 7th at 11:59pm.

Race Fees 

5K - $30 until June 1st.  $35 from June 2nd - June 7th

Race Shirts (unisex, high tech tri-blend) - Registration Facts

Online race registration will close June 7th at 11:59pm or once the maximum field is reached, regardless of the date.
If the race isn’t full, race day registration is available.
Registration over the phone or fax or email will NOT be accepted.
We do not offer refunds or transfers.

Fri, June 7th

2pm -  7pm  Packet Pick up at Fleet Feet (307 Manufacturers Rd).

Saturday, June 8th

6:45am - 7:45am - Packet Pick Up at Start/Finish

8:00am - Start.  Race will start promptly at 8am.

Packet Pick-up will close promptly at 7:45 AM. We WILL NOT delay the start of the race if you haven’t picked up your packet yet! If you’re in town, please make every effort to visit Packet Pick-up on Friday.
