Run or walk for a cause with the Bordentown Area Running Club! Join us on Sunday, June 9th at Historic Smithville Park for our Mental Health Matters 5k. This race will shine a spotlight on the vital connection between exercise and mental wellness, with proceeds benefiting the Burlington County Chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). NAMI's goal is to advocate, educate, and provide support so that individuals and families affected by mental illness can build better lives. The organization relies on gifts and contributions to support their important work.

Mental health matters now more than ever. Whether it's finding solace on a solo run or connecting with fellow enthusiasts in group settings, running can be a antidote to stress and worry. By participating in our race, you're not just logging miles—you're helping to raise awareness and support for NAMI's vital mission. Together, we can ensure that no one faces their mental health journey alone. Let's make strides for mental health together.
