If you've never run this race, we try to make it fun: Lots of giveaways, water station, 10% off for current High School and Collegiate Track and XC runners, free professional photos, finisher medals, shirt, cool course, after party, and most of all a meaningful cause.
As 100% of our proceeds are donated, we have already donated over $75,000 to local mental health awareness and suicide prevention programs as well as the Joseph J. Ringhoffer Memorial Fund, which was created in memory of a local fallen friend, and supports the Penn State Student Affairs Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS).

Virtual run option available: Support the cause whenever, wherever (your favorite trail, road, strand, woods, or around your yard 150 times). Just register anytime before the race closes, then run it, ride it, row it, walk it, stride it, stroll it - doesn't matter how you get there. We've had people paddle board for 3.1 miles and that counts in our book! Then we’ll send you all the cool race swag as a thank you.
All registration is done online - no onsite registration.
