The EPIC Center's Run Baby Run 5K & 1 Mile Walk 4 Life Virtual 5K

The Run Baby Run 5K & 1 Mile Walk 4 Life is our signature fundraiser where we try to raise the bulk of the funds the centers need to continue our mission of helping mothers in our community see the life developing in their wombs throughout the year. Your participation goes a long way!

Registration: 

5K

Early Bird - $30.00 per individual /$60.00 for family (2 adults & 2 kids 17 & under/$15.00 for each additional child). Ends 5/21

Regular - $35.00 per individual /$65.00 for family (2 adults & 2 kids 17 & under/$15.00 for each additional child). Ends 6/21

Late (Registration Day) - $40 per individual/ $70 for family (2 adults & 2 kids 17 & under/$15.00 for each additional child).

Virtual 5K

Early Bird - $30.00 per individual /$60.00 for family (2 adults & 2 kids 17 & under/$15.00 for each additional child). Ends 5/21

Regular - $35.00 per individual /$65.00 for family (2 adults & 2 kids 17 & under/$15.00 for each additional child). Ends 6/21

Late (Registration Day) - $40 per individual/ $70 for family (2 adults & 2 kids 17 & under/$15.00 for each additional child).

1 Mile Walk4Life

Early Bird - $10.00 per individual /$20.00 for family (2 adults & 2 kids under 18 years/$5.00 for each additional child). Ends 5/21

Regular - $15.00 per individual /$25.00 for family (2 adults & 2 kids under 18 years/$5.00 for each additional child). Ends 6/21

Late (Registration Day) - $20.00 per individual/ $30 for family (2 adults & 2 kids 17 & under/$5.00 for each additional child).

Participants in the 1MileWalk can either join us in Kinston or walk VIRTUALLY. Get your group together, or fly solo, and walk for 1 mile! When done, snap a pic of yourself and/or your group and send it to us at [email protected] or post it on your social media with #1MileWalk4Life

• Family pricing includes two adult t-shirts. Please send us an email containing the registrant names for each T-shirt & sizes you prefer at [email protected] 
• MUST register by 05/21/24 to receive a free race T-shirt with your registration. You will receive your race tees with your registration packet/swag bag on race day.
• Additional race t-shirts are available for $15.00 on race day--while supplies last.

Awards: 

5K - The top three overall male & female finishers and only first-place male & female finishers in each of the following nine age categories:

12 and under
13-15
16-19
20-29
30-39
40-49
50-59
60-69
70 and over

Virtual 5K - Only the FIRST-PLACE overall male & female finishers will medal. 

All finishers receive participation medal, time and place.

Walk - There are no medals for walkers.

Giveaway: MUST register by 05/21/24 to receive a free race T-shirt with your registration. You will receive your race tees with your registration packet/swag bag on race day. Additional race t-shirts are available for $12.00 on race day.
