She's Gonna Bolt! Virtual 5K Walk/Run

You are invited to participate in She's Gonna Bolt, a 5K walk/race for Alzheimer's and dementia awareness. This event is inspired by the personal story of Cody & Cassie Malik, whose mother, Carla Malik, is living with Alzheimer's and dementia. Cody & Cassie will share their story of grief, hope, and resilience, and how they decided to turn their pain into purpose by organizing this event. The 5K route will be Founders Park to Sioux Park.  

Walk or run at your own pace in a scenic and safe route. Raise funds for those who can't afford healthcare advocacy services. Receive a commemorative t-shirt, enjoy music, food, and fun activities for all ages. Meet and mingle with other walkers and runners who support the cause.
