5K for Aidan J. Heart-Safe Communities VIRTUAL 1 Mile Walk

JOIN US for the 12th annual 5K for Aidan J. Run/Walk for Heart-Safe Communities!  

This fast, flat and shady course is perfect for first-timers and runners who are reaching for a PR!  We also have a 1-mile walk, kids races, and virtual 5K and walk options.  Medals awarded for the teams (the fastest and the most fundraising-est), place winners from each age category, and every child who crosses the finish line in the Kids Races.  Top male and female runners overall win $50 cash.

The 5K race is chip-timed, and all runners and 1 mile walkers will receive bibs.  Bryn Mawr Race Management will be providing chip-timing services for runners. Runner results will be posted immediately on a flat-screen and online.  

Free T-shirt with registration through May 31st.  Shirts will be available for purchase at the race.  

Registration is open until Friday, June 14th.  Race day registration prices increase $5 per participant.

When you register, create a team or your own fundraising page!  Both are super easy to do through this website.  Building teams and reaching out to your family and friends to support your fundraising page are a force multiplier for our 5K event.  Registration prices cover our event fees; we count on donations and sponsorships to actually raise funds for our foundation's programming.

Please, no dogs for this event.  Strollers are permitted for 1 Mile Family Walk but not for the 5K Run due to limited space on the trail.
