While specific historical details are limited, this event is part of a recurring series, suggesting a tradition of providing a competitive and engaging platform for the running community. Participants can anticipate a challenging 10K course that typically navigates the industrial and urban landscapes around "The Garage," offering a gritty and authentic Atlanta experience. The terrain is expected to be primarily paved roads, potentially with some uneven surfaces or light gravel, reflecting the area's character. Runners should prepare for conditions common to Atlanta in mid-June, likely involving warm temperatures and humidity, making hydration and pacing crucial.
