Adam Puchta Winery Wine & Swine 5K 5K

Join us for this magnificent Vineyard Run in Hermann, Missouri. This 5K Trail Run will lead you through 3 of our beautiful vineyards. Starting at the base of our Vineyard Hill, we will have a runner’s village to get you pumped up for the trek to the top and a breathtaking view of the hills surrounding our award-winning Winery. The course then takes you not just around the vineyard, but through rows of Vignoles and our Estate Norton grape vines. Then we do it all again for a second pass through.  The downhill slope at the end of this run is a blast, with the wind at your back and the Puchta Slushy trailer waiting to serve up a wine slushy for you at the finish line!

All runners receive a finishers medal, and we will have prizes for the top male and female finishers in their age groups.

Pappy's Smokehouse Whole Hog Pulled Pork Sandwiches are back!  Pappy's Smokehouse is world famous for their BBQ and we're lucky enough to have them as friends!  Choose a Sandwich and Chips or make it a Meal with your choice of two sides. Sides to choose from:  Loaded Potato Salad, Charred Corn Salad, Broccoli Ranch Salad, Brown Sugar Baked Beans, and Pappy's own Cucumber Tomato Salad.  *Subject to change if we find something else yummy!

If you're not quite ready to eat you can stick around after the race and cool off with your complimentary Puchta slush while you check out our Arts and Crafts vendors. Past vendors have included cool stuff from Lavender Rhapsody, Electric Betty Dyeworks. and EBB Home Boutique, and yummies from Blue Hive Honey and Simply Kettle popcorn. This year is sure to be full of exciting booths of homemade, artisan, and unique items from around Missouri.  We'll have over 2 dozen vendors to check out. 

We'll also have our outside tasting tent, as well our inside tasting room, set up if you would like to give Adam Puchta Wines a try. Pick the wine you love, grab a glass or bottle and hang out in our open-air Party tent to listen to live music by Blake Gardner and the Farmers. Blake and the guys will be playing their "groovy funky bluesy" music until 2pm.  Then, Justin Larkin takes the stage with his roots, soul, and rock'n'roll until closing time!

Amazing food and wine, fun shopping, and great music will make this more than just a Race Day, it'll be a Puchta Party to remember!

We have tons of swag included in your registration! Each person will receive an official race T-Shirt, Bag, Sticker, Slush Cup, Free Slushy for those 21 and older!
