Solstice Stomp 5K @ Cascia Vineyards 5K Wine Run

Join us for the 8th Solstice Stomp 5K at Cascia Vineyards!! Our benefit again this year is Kinera Foundation's Eastern Shore Regional Hub so that they can continue to provide therapies, support services, trainings, workshops and parent to parent support groups for kids with special healthcare needs. Our Kinera friends are angels on earth and we are happy to help them however we can.

As for the race...you'll be treated to a fun out and back timed 5K run (or walk, or stroll!) starting at the vineyard, onto a quiet residential street for a half mile, then back to the lovely green vines. Upon your return you will receive a special wine/juice glass when you cross the finish line AND a complimentary pour courtesy of Cascia Vineyards! Then enjoy some post-run fun and much deserved relaxation on the shores of Cox Creek listening to Chris Sacks Band play the best Jimmy Buffet you've ever heard besides the Parrotmeister himself, and scrumptious special menu from Shore Good Eats! Make sure to bring a blanket or lawn chair and basket!
