Running through the palm tree lined campus of Florida Atlantic University the City of Boca Raton Firecracker 5K kicks off our annual Fabulous Fourth of July festivities.
Sponsored by City of Boca Raton, Florida Atlantic University Alumni, Runner's Edge and Mission United.
Proceeds donated to: MISSION UNITED is the veteran initiative within the United Way of Palm Beach County. It works with veteran serving agencies to maximize their impact on the veteran community by working together to meet the challenges and needs of the over 80,000 county veterans. They also work to enhance awareness and navigation of those resources for veterans so that they can find the help they need in the ongoing effort to combat the veteran suicide epidemic.
