Broome County Parks 5K Series Race 2 - Dorchester Park

Join us at our Broome County Parks 5K Series! 

The 5K Series is a great  way to get out and explore the Broome County Parks! 

Join us for the 3rd  Annual Broome County Parks 5K Series on Thursdays, starting July 11 through August 22, 2024. Participants of all abilities are welcome and encouraged! Bring your family, friends, or just yourself, and let's get outside! 

T-Shirt is included when you register for all four races. Registration for individual races is also available, as well as the t-shirt to purchase for $10. There will be no refunds available for this series.

Registrations will be accepted the day of  each race.  CASH ONLY! 

ALL RACES START AT 6:30 P.M.

Packet Pick Up

Packets are available for pickup at each race location the day of race. Packet pick up will begin at 5:30pm and end at 6:30pm. If you are participating in all four races then you can pickup your packet at the first race or any race day after that. 

Series Schedule

• July 11: Greenwood Park
• July 25: Dorchester Park
• August 8: Nathaniel Cole Park
• August 22: Otsiningo Park

Otsiningo Park and Dorchester Park course is paved; Greenwood Park and Nathaniel Cole Park course is on dirt trails. These are not certified courses except Otsiningo Park. There is no mile markers only marked course, there is no chips for timing. Timing results will be displayed at www.gobroomecounty.com/parks/5K 

For those who registered for all four races  an email with information regarding the race series and course maps will be sent out on July 6th. For those registered for individual races an email will be sent on Monday the week of their registered race.
